How can we eat healthy with this crazed life we all lead, and not fall victim to the diet trap?

Eating is such a big and challenging part of our lives. We have both cooked our whole lives, yet even though cooking is second nature to us we often struggle to find the motivation to cook after a tough day’s work. Or sometimes it is just hard to find the inspiration to make something we all want to eat, including our daughter. We both believe in creating balanced eating habits and avoiding diets.
